How To Register

You can find our online enrollment module here. Payments will only be accepted online by check, which can be done here. No paper checks will be accepted for deposits or balances. Credit Cards are not accepted.

Late Registration

Enrollment forms received after May 1, 2017 must be paid in full with an additional $50 late registration fee. Otherwise, your registration will not be accepted.

Late Payment Fees

Camp registration balances not paid in full by May 1 will incur a $50 late payment fee.

Upon registration, you will receive an email confirmation. Our required downloadable forms can be found on our website.

Termination and Refund Policy

Friends Seminary may terminate an existing Summer Friends camp registration if the administration determines, in its sole discretion, that the enrollment of a camper is contrary to, or otherwise interfering with, the best interests of the camp, the camper, or other campers. The determination may be based on, among other things, the actions of the camper or anyone associated with the camper including, but not limited to, parent(s)/guardian(s). No such action will release parent(s)/guardian(s) from fulfilling their financial obligations to Summer Friends. Notwithstanding any such action, parent(s) / guardian(s) shall be obligated to pay, in full, any enrollment or other fees required hereunder and parent(s) / guardian(s) shall not be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid to Friends Seminary prior to any such action under the refund policy or otherwise. Summer Friends is not responsible for providing makeups or issuing refunds for camp days missed as a result of scheduling conflicts, illness, emergencies, or other events beyond our control. The 50% camp deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable. If paid in full, a refund for the remaining portion of fees may be requested. Such a request must be submitted in writing by mail or fax no later than May 1, 2016.

No refunds will be issued after May 1.
